This collaboration, secured through a seven-year framework agreement, is about much more than continuity鈥攊t鈥檚 about innovation and progress. The focus lies on ease of use, a smooth end-user experience, and the adoption of new technologies. With *黑料社 as a trusted partner, Flemish governments are creating a future-proof, secure, and high-performing digital work environment.

Innovation with Microsoft Copilot 

Artificial intelligence is reshaping the workplace. After a successful pilot project, the Flemish government, together with Microsoft and *黑料社, decided to roll out Microsoft Copilot broadly. Between 2025 and 2026, 10,000 knowledge workers will be equipped with their own AI copilot, helping them automate repetitive tasks and focus on more strategic, value-adding work.  

鈥淧ersonal AI assistants can boost our productivity and help us become a more modern, efficient government. By testing and scaling this in the workplace, we aim to learn what works and what doesn鈥檛鈥攁nd share those insights across the entire Flemish government.鈥�
