What's your role in the Observability Team?
"As a member of the Observability Team, my primary focus is on maintaining the smooth operation of the Dynatrace platform. My responsibilities include:

• configuring and deploying new settings using configuration-as-code;
• managing Dynatrace components such as OneAgents, Cluster Nodes, and ActiveGates;
• ensuring that critical components are kept up to date;
• addressing and resolving incidents as they arise."

Which trainings helped you feel confident in your current position?

"I had the opportunity to attend a five-day course to earn my Dynatrace Professional Certification. This training significantly helped me grow into my current role and gave me the foundational skills I needed to succeed."

What skills are essential for a Support or System Engineer?
"Strong problem-solving skills are critical for this role. Additionally, having a solid understanding of application landscapes is particularly advantageous when working with tools like Dynatrace."

What would you like to share with future colleagues considering joining *ºÚÁÏÉç?
"When I joined *ºÚÁÏÉç 2,5 years ago after working for a small company of about 20 employees, I was concerned that moving to a larger organization might mean losing the flexibility I valued.
